Parents: everything you need to know
Your club has entered your child’s team in the Bandeira Cup. You didn’t have to decide anything — here, on one page, is everything a parent needs to know.
Who looks after your child?
Your child remains under the responsibility of their club’s coaches — the same ones you see every week — present with the team all weekend, including at the accommodation. We, the organisers, provide the tournament, the rooms and the meals. We never replace your club’s supervision.
Your club’s coaches are subject to their federation’s supervision and safeguarding obligations. For any question about supervision, your contact is the club — as usual.
Safety and health
Group accommodation by club, rooms allocated in advance, six meals included from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch (Stay package). Diets and allergies noted in your child’s form are passed on to the kitchen.
In case of injury or health concern: the child form you fill in includes the emergency contact and, if you grant it, the care authorisation. First response lies with your club’s coaches, present on site.
In an emergency, call 112 — the European emergency number, free of charge, reachable from any phone. (In France, 15 reaches the ambulance service directly.)
Reference hospital — Hôpital Simone Veil, 14 rue de Saint-Prix, 95600 Eaubonne. Switchboard: +33 1 34 06 60 00 (this is not an emergency number).
Your child’s share
If your club chose family payment, you receive an e-mail with a personal link: the exact amount of your child’s share, what it covers, and a message from your coach. Payment is online, in your language, with no account to create — and there is no extra fee. That link carries a deadline, set by your coach and never later than the club’s own balance due date: after it, the link is no longer valid. If you cannot meet it, tell your coach before the deadline — they manage the payment links.
Unsure about a payment e-mail? That’s a healthy reflex. We will never ask for your password or card code by e-mail. Always check: the amount and your club’s name appear in the e-mail BEFORE any link — and if in doubt, ask your coach at training, or type bandeiracup.com yourself in your browser.
If your child withdraws: any refund due is made to the original payer, as per our terms and conditions.
If your club has not paid its balance in full by 17 September 2026 — 30 days before the tournament, and after several reminders sent to the club — the team’s entry is cancelled and the place released. The deposit the organiser keeps in that case is the one paid by the club, never your share: shares already paid by families are refunded to the original payer, on the payment method used.
Following the weekend from home
Every one of the team’s matches is live on our match center: scores, rankings, final stages — from your living room. For day-to-day news, your contact remains the coach, as usual.
