Your team will play at least 9 matches over the weekend — that’s the floor of our 201-match format, not an empty promise. And every listed service of your package (tournament; 2 nights and 6 meals for the Stay) is owed to you: any listed service not delivered through our fault is refunded pro rata.

Budget questions
What we’re asked before signing off
Are accommodation and meals really included?
With the Stay package, yes: 2 nights for the whole delegation and 6 meals, from Friday dinner to Sunday lunch. The Entry package covers the tournament place only, if you’d rather arrange your own stay.
What if we bring more or fewer than 12 players?
12 players is the minimum, adjustable up to 18 later. Each player beyond 12 is 135 € (Entry) or 315 € all-in (Stay). The simulator above works out your exact total.
How does payment work?
A 50% deposit secures your spot. The balance must then be paid in full no later than 17 September 2026, that is 30 days before the tournament starts: reminders are sent ahead of that date, followed by a final notice. Without payment in full, the team’s entry is cancelled, its place is released and the deposit is retained by the organiser. Secure payment, never without your approval — an organiser guides you at every step.

Funding the trip: the club guide
The real question of an away trip isn’t our price — it’s the total budget, transport included. Here are five actions proven in amateur clubs, and a ready-to-send message for the families.
1.Local sponsors
Bakery, garage, agency, local restaurant: €150-300 for their logo on the departure poster and a team photo. Five local businesses often cover a whole trip.
2.Club raffle
Prizes donated by local shops, €2 tickets sold by the players and at home matches. Simple, legal for a club, and the kids get involved.
3.Online fund
A fund in the club’s name, shared with families, alumni and supporters — with the exact target and the tournament date: specific, dated campaigns raise more.
4.Club event
Pizza night, bingo, an internal parents-vs-kids tournament: one date, a refreshment stand, free entry with donations. It also bonds the team before departure.
5.Grants and support
Town hall, local authorities, county FA: many support youth trips with a simple application. Ask early — budgets are set months ahead.
