Data collected

We collect, first, the data you send us directly through our forms (contact and registration request):

• name of the contact and club, country;
• contact details: e-mail, phone;
• details of your request (package, number of players, message);
• at ordering: proof of your acceptance of the terms (version accepted, timestamp, IP address and browser);
• at payment: payments are processed by Stripe — the card number never passes through our servers; we keep the amount, date, a reference, the card brand and last 4 digits (erased 90 days after the tournament) and the payer’s e-mail for the receipt (anonymised within the same period);
• a log of transactional e-mails sent (recipient, subject, outcome — never the content): proof that payment links, balance payment reminders, the final notice before cancellation and receipts were delivered;
• if the tournament is full: your waiting-list entry (club, contact, squad size).

Data provided by your club

If you are a parent or a staff member, some of your data is provided to us by your club’s manager, without you having entered it yourself:

• each family’s e-mail address, used only to send the payment link for their share and the receipt — anonymised 90 days after the tournament;
• the identity and full date of birth of the adult staff — a requirement of the accommodation provider for the overnight stay — deleted 90 days after the tournament;
• the names on the roomlist (room allocation), shared with the accommodation provider only — deleted 90 days after the tournament.

Purposes and legal basis

This data is used to answer your requests, manage your registration and payments, obtain payment of the sums due, and keep proof of the contract. The legal bases are: performance of the contract (booking, payments, transactional e-mails, balance payment reminders and the final notice before cancellation of the entry), our legitimate interest in pre-establishing proof of the contract, of e-mail delivery and of the notice given before any cancellation (time-stamped acceptance, sending log), and explicit consent for the child’s health data and image rights.

Minors’ data

Information about minor players is provided by the club or by the holder of parental authority. We apply strict minimisation: name, year of birth only (never the full date) and an emergency contact; diet and allergies are requested only when we serve the meals (Stay package), with the explicit consent of the holder of parental authority — our servers refuse them in any other case. Photos and videos where a child is recognisable are only published with the authorisation of the holders of parental authority, revocable at any time.

Recipients and retention

Your data is intended for MY ELEVENT SPORT and, where applicable, strictly necessary providers: Stripe (payments), Supabase (data hosting, European Union region), Resend (e-mail delivery), Vercel (site hosting) and the event providers (accommodation, catering — only the data useful to their task). It is never sold. Where a provider processes data outside the European Union, the transfer is governed by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. The site’s videos are hosted by YouTube (Google) and only load when you press Play: no data is sent to Google before that click.

Retention periods

• child’s health data, roomlist and room assignments: deleted 90 days after the tournament;
• IP address and browser of the acceptance proof: anonymised 90 days after the tournament (the accepted version and timestamp are kept with the contract);
• e-mail log and waiting list: 15 months;
• contractual and accounting data (booking, amounts, receipts, timestamps of the balance reminders and of the final notice sent to the club): statutory limitation periods.

Audience measurement

We measure site traffic with Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free tool: no personal identifier is created and statistics are aggregated (page views, country, device type) — they cannot identify you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used in order to improve it. This is why no consent banner is required.

Cookies

This site uses no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, object to, restrict and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to contact@myeleventsport.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the French data authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).
