Terms and conditions of sale
1. Purpose
These terms govern team registration for the Bandeira Cup U11, organised by MY ELEVENT SPORT (SASU), 61 rue de Lyon, 75012 Paris — R.C.S. Paris 937 587 582.
2. Packages and prices
Two packages are offered, detailed on the Pricing & entry : Entry (1,620 € per team for 12 players and 2 coaches, +135 € per extra player) and the 2-night Stay (315 € per player, 2 coaches included, +315 € per extra person, tournament entry, accommodation and meals included). The two packages are alternatives — one or the other. Prices are in euros, all taxes included.
No package includes transport. An “Airport shuttle” option is offered to clubs on the Stay package: €50 per delegation member carried (registered players and staff — outside companions are not carried), covering every transfer of the weekend (Friday: arrival at Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle → accommodation; Saturday and Sunday morning: accommodation → stadium; Saturday evening: stadium → accommodation; Sunday evening: stadium → Paris-Charles-de-Gaulle). The option is taken in the club area at any time between payment of the deposit and 30 days before the tournament: while the balance is unpaid (and no bank transfer announced, no family list created), its amount is added to the booking balance, without the balance payment deadline (article 4) being postponed; afterwards, it is settled through a separate payment made by the club. Beyond that 30-day limit, which concerns the shuttle booking and not payment of the balance, the option is no longer offered online. Times are set by the organiser from the flight times provided by the club. During transfers, children remain under the responsibility of their club’s staff. The option follows the order’s cancellation terms (article 5).
3. Registration
Registration is made via the website or by direct contact. It is final only once the organiser confirms in writing and the deposit is paid. Places are limited. The balance due date set out in article 4 — 17 September 2026 — does not shift for a late booking: a club booking shortly before that date has only the remaining time to pay the balance, which may come down to a few days, or to the same day. No booking can be made online once that date has passed.
4. Payment
A deposit of 50% of the total price is required on booking: it secures the team’s spot. The balance, i.e. the remaining 50%, is due in full no later than 17 September 2026, that is 30 days before the tournament starts. Payment methods are communicated by the organiser upon confirmation; payment is deemed made on the date the funds reach the organiser, which the club should allow for when paying by bank transfer.
Reminders are sent to the club ahead of that deadline, followed by a final notice. If the balance is not paid in full by that date, the team’s entry is cancelled and its place released; the deposit is retained by the organiser as a fixed cancellation indemnity, the organiser waiving the remainder of the price. This deadline is postponed neither by a late booking nor by an option added to the balance afterwards. Sums paid over and above the deposit are dealt with in article 5.
5. Cancellation, non-payment and refund
Any cancellation by the club more than 90 days before the event entitles it to a full refund of the deposit. After that, the deposit is retained by the organiser, including where the entry is cancelled for failure to pay the balance by the deadline set out in article 4; this free-cancellation option never removes the obligation to pay the balance. If the organiser cancels the tournament, all amounts paid are fully refunded; that restitution does not apply to the cancellation of a team’s entry for failure to pay the balance, which gives no right to any refund of the deposit.
Where a team’s entry is cancelled for failure to pay the balance, its place is released and may be reallocated to another club without indemnity. Only the deposit is retained by the organiser: any sum paid over and above the deposit — shares already paid by families, part-payments by the club, options taken — is refunded.
Organiser’s commitment: every team whose entry has not been cancelled plays at least 9 matches over the weekend, and all listed services of the chosen package are owed. Any listed service not delivered through the organiser’s fault is refunded pro rata to its value.
Where families have paid their share online, any refund due is made to the original payer, on the payment method used. This applies in particular where the team’s entry is cancelled for failure to pay the balance: the shares already paid by families are refunded to them, only the club’s deposit being retained by the organiser.
6. Right of withdrawal
Under article L221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for accommodation, catering or leisure services to be supplied on a specific date — which is the case for the tournament and the stay. Any order (the club’s booking as well as a share paid by a family) is therefore firm once confirmed. This information is provided to the buyer before the order is confirmed. The firm nature of the order does not prevent the cancellation provided for in article 4 in the event of non-payment of the balance: the deposit then retained constitutes a fixed cancellation indemnity, to the exclusion of any other sum.
7. Liability and supervision
Each club remains responsible for its minor players and their supervision throughout the stay. Clubs must hold the necessary insurance and authorisations (licences, travel authorisations, certificates required by country).
8. Force majeure
The organiser cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure making it impossible to hold the tournament.
9. Complaints and mediation
Any complaint may be sent to the organiser in writing at contact@myeleventsport.com. The organiser acknowledges it and answers as promptly as possible.
10. Applicable law and disputes
These terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first; failing that, the French courts have jurisdiction.
Terms version: 2026-08-20. Orders accepted under an earlier version of these terms remain governed by the version accepted at the time of the order, whose reference is kept together with the time-stamp of the acceptance. Terms current at site launch. The sale of packages including accommodation (travel packages) will be framed by applicable tourism regulations before any online payment is set up.
