For delegation members only (registered players and staff): outside companions are not carried. Add this option in your club area up to 30 days before the tournament: while the balance is unpaid — with no bank transfer announced and no family list created — its price is added to the balance; after that, it is paid separately. Without it, transfers (airport, hotel, stadium) are organised and paid for by your club — the Stay package covers accommodation and meals, never transport.

Accommodation
Depending on the chosen package, partner accommodation designed for youth teams is offered close to the venue: grouped rooms, suitable meals and a supervised setting for the delegation.
Rooms grouped by club
Players and staff from the same club sleep together, never mixed with another delegation. The club places everyone in their room via its roomlist.
We decide where you stay
MY ELEVENT chooses the accommodation and allocates each delegation’s rooms — you have nothing to book. Its exact address is shared with your club when the balance is settled, due no later than 30 days before the tournament starts.
At night, your club stays in charge
Children remain under the responsibility of their club’s coaches, present at the accommodation, night included. We provide the walls, the beds and the meals — never the supervision. Everything a parent needs to know
The Stay package includes 2 nights and 6 meals (Friday dinner to Sunday lunch). It includes no transport — the airport shuttle above is a €50-per-delegation-member option, and any other travel remains the club’s responsibility.
